1. HAV-IgG Elisa Kit is based on solid phase, one-step incubation competitive principle ELISA method. If HAV IgG antibodies present in the sample, they compete with monoclonal HAV-IgG antibodies labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP-Conjugate) for a fixed amount of purified HAV antigens pre-coated in the wells. When no HAV-IgG presents in the sample, the HRP labeled HAV-IgG will be bound with the antigens inside the wells and the unbound HRP-Conjugate is removed during washing.
2. Test kits should be stored at 2-8°C.
