| 1, | How to make calculation for retractable gate length? |
| A: | As each model of retractable gate is with different folding ratio, so the folding length of each model is also different for same opening length. We need the full gate length or clear opening length, and your favorite gate model to calculate the exact folded length / open clear length / full gate length. Note: Open Clear Length + Gate Folded Length = Full Gate Length |
| 2, | If power failure or special case happened, manual control is necessary, how to do? |
| A: | We packed each retractable gate with a clutch key, in case of power failure or some special situation, you can switch the gate clutch to maual control, then the gate can be controlled for opening or closing manually. |
| 3, | How to maintain and protect automatic gate? |
| A: | In order to assure the smoothly working of the gate, please clear away the waste or garbage around and lubricate the oil on chains often. Also, the wire connection and battery of remote control should be also checked. What is more, normally for each 3 years, advanced lubricating oil should be changed for gate motor. |
| 4, | We don’t find Anti-Climb Alarm and Warning Light along with the gate? |
| A: | As these two parts are not necessary and optional tiems, so you can choose them or not as per your liking, and we will fix them on the retractable gate if you ordered. |
