The steel bar cutting machine is composed of a walking wheel set, a rotating structure, a body, a clutch device, a cutter head, a knife seat and the like. The transmission system and the motor belt drive the large pulleys, and the coupling gears on the same shaft are matched with the large gears. The shaft coupling gears are also matched with the crankshaft large gears, and the torsional power transmitted to the crankshaft drives the shearing linkage. The rod pushes the scissors holder for cutting.
