Q1: How can we buy?
i.Please tell us the order details: Model, color, material, and quantity;
ii. After confirming, we will issue a PI for you and ask for your confirmation;
iii. If the PI is OK, you make a payment;
iv. After receiving the payment, we will arrange the production;
v. For sample order, products will be sent in 1 to 2 working days; for bulk order, normally about 2 to 10 days after confirmation. And the tracking number sent.
Q2: Could you accept OEM order?
Yes, welcome! But big quantity requested, which depends on your design.
Q3: Can you do OEM for the package?
Yes, we have a professional design team who can design as required.
Q4. Could you offer samples?
Yes, few free samples are available, but need to charge the big qty samples and every shipping cost . Big qty sample cost can be refund when you place former order.
Q5. Can I mix the different product in one order?
Yes, of course, pls just kindly tell us which models and each qty you want.
Q6. What's the price terms?
Price is quoted on FOB Guangzhou,usually means factory price,shipping and the local tax are not included.
Q7. How to pay for the order?
Normally 30% in advance,70% balance before shipping.
Q8. How to send the goods?
Usually deliver by courier, like DHL, UPS, FedEx;also bulk cargo by air & sea.
Q9. What's the shipping cost?
It depends on your order quantity, as shipping cost is decided by the weight and size of the products.
Q10. How long can I get the package?
Normally DHL takes about 2 to 4 days; UPS and FEDEX takes 5 to 7 days; EMS takes 15 to 30 days, etc
