We are a manufacturer of Kiln Dried Live Edge Slabs , our factory is located in Shanghai, we supply 20 containers of Live Edge slabs per month, we kiln dry the slab timber to 12% and below, if you have special request we can dry to 7%-9%, we sand the surface and edges to 240# and finish the surface with UV lacquer or Wax oil.
We produce big quantity solid wood slabs per month:
We cut available sizes from Logs ➞ balance the mositure content ➞ kiln dry to 12% and below ➞ balance mositure ➞ plan each side ➞ sand each side ➞ finish with clear lacquer ➞ package with pearl film individually, then packaged in carton box, lastly packaged in strong pallet with plywood around and corner protected.
Our factory land 6000M2, the production progresses are mechanized, we offer 10 containers of Live edge slab tables per month stably, we cut 1000M3 logs and work out 800M3 sawn timber from our Dry Kiln per month continuously,
Seas Furniture Co.,LTD is FSC, PEFC Certified. The glue what we use is Japanese F**** certified, it is Japanese Highest standard.
