Egg vacuum lifter

First, Eggs are sucked onto the roller of egg washing machine by a vacuum egg lifter (1*6=6 eggs each suck). The vacuum egg lifter is run by a motor but lift up and down by hand, that helps workers to load eggs onto the egg machine more easily.

Candler

Candler with LED light is installed on the roller of grader to help workers to check whether there is any damage of eggs. For example eggs with cracks, eggs with black core, eggs having gone bad can be selected out by hand.

Washing

2 parts of specially designed brush, eggs will be washed by the first part brush with warm water.

Drying

Water on the eggs will be swiped off by the second part brush, and at same time eggs will be dried by strong heated wind generated by drying fan.

Printing (optional)

Eggs will be printed after washing. During printing procedure the position where code is printed is in the middle of the eggs (between the bigger head and the smaller head), to print company name, brand name, production date, expiration date, batch number etc.

Oil spraying (optional)

After being printed, the eggs will enter oil spraying part where the eggs will spray a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil thus preventing eggs from being intruded by bacteria and keep eggs fresh for a longer time.
