1.A: what's the payment terms ?
B: we would accept : T/T, Paypal,Wester Union and L/C at sight(only for order amount which is over 50000 USD ).
2. A: what's the MOQ for each items ?
B: Normally our MOQ is 200 pcs / design / color for all items. 50pcs~100pcs for in stock design
3. A: why your MOQ is 200 pcs ?
B: (1) our factory won't set a MOQ of 200 pcs for our customers , but it is from the raw material and plating factory .
(2) we have MOQ from the raw material suppliers . If we buy less than their MOQ, the raw material's price is much higher ,so our final price would be much higher .
(3) we would also need to meet the MOQ when we send the products to the plating factory . They would charge a minimum cost if our qty is below the MOQ .
4. A: what's your sample time and lead time ?
B: our sample item is 3~5 days for the mold which we have.It's 7~10 days for customized mold. The lead time is about 7-15 days after sample approval and receipt of deposit .
5. A: Can I get free samples ?
B: yes , we can provide 1 pcs existing samples in free.But the shipping fee will be charge by buyer.
