Q: Can you print the custom logo?

A: Yes, your design is welcome, we also can do the design for your according to your request.

Q: Do you offer the free samples?

A: As you know, there are many customers ask us for samples everyday, it is a large amount in the long run.

so we usually don't offer the free samples, the charge is depend on the design. The sample fee will be refunded as soon as you place the order

Q: How long does the sample take?

A: Sample time is about 7-10days.

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: In general, the MOQ is 1000pcs, but sometimes, it is also accepted if lower than 1000pcs. But considering the freight, the higher quantity would get cheaper price.

Q: What about the payment?

A:  By TT,30% deposit,balance against copy of B/L

      L/C, Western Union are also accepted
