1. Are you a trading company or factory?

A: we are a professional factory with our own trading company.

2. How the normal delivery time?

A: if goods are in stock, we can send you anytime. If goods are not ready, it will spend 7-15days to arrange shipment.

 both above delivery time is based on the deposit arrival.

3. How about your payment terms?

A:  for new customers, it is 50% deposit and 50% before delivery. 

     for regular customers, it is 30% deposit and70%before delivery. 

    for customers who keeps usd5000.00 as down payment in our account, 50% deposit and 50% after B/L copy. 

4.How do you deal with wrong or destroyed goods arrived to customers?

A: normally, it doesn't happen. If happened, we need your clear pictures to confirm and discuss with you about it. We try our best to satisfy your needs.

5. How do you check the fitting of products?

A: 1\ we get samples from ORIGINAL or famous facory

     2\ we make mouldings very strictly and have high requirements

     3\ after molding finished, we will fit goods on the car by ourselves or from good friend abroad.
