Product Description

Our aseptic packaging method passes flat, unformed packaging material through a heated hydrogen peroxide bath. A hydrogen peroxide concentration of 30% is heated at 70°C for six seconds. Hydrogen peroxide is then eliminated from the packaging material using pressure rollers or hot air.


The environment where food is handled and sealed must also be free of potentially contaminating bacteria. That means filling and sealing machinery must be sterile before packaging and during the production process. This can be achieved using hot air and steam or by combining heat treatment with hydrogen peroxide chemical sterilisation.

Product Application

The laminated liquid packaging material is created from multiple layers of paper, aluminum, and plastic. It is airtight, and provides an effective barrier against light. The package is most commonly used to store milk, juice, and beverage. At ambient temperature, it can keep the freshness of the contents for 8 to 12 months. This packaging material is usually employed to make brick cartons at a filling machine.

Paperboard
Paperboard is the main material in our cartons. It provides stability, strength and smoothness to the printing surface.

Polyethylene
Polyethylene protects against outside moisture and enables the paperboard to stick to the aluminium foil.

Aluminium foil
Aluminium foil protects against oxygen and light to maintain the nutritional value and flavours of the food in the package in ambient temperatures.
