The 4 vessel brewhouse is popular used in bigger beer brewery systems. The separated mash tun, lauter tun, brew kettle and whirlpool tun makes the whole beer brewing process more flexiable and with higher effciency. It is a good choice to use 4 vessel brewhouse if you plan to brew multi batches per day, or plan to do decoction mashing etc.

1. Welding: We abandoned the argon gas cylinder but adopt The Central System of Argon to make sure the TIG welding with pure argon gas shield. We also increase the using amount of gas when welding,so the quality of the welding line is more higher.
2. Dimpling: We adopt dimple plate rather than belt for glycol jacket, since it can increase the cooling area and improve the speed of cooling. The most important thing in brewing process is to avoid contaminating, that is to say the most important thing in producing beer equipment is to polish the inside tanks to 0.4~0.6 μm Without dead corner.
3. Polishing: We use large-scale polishing equipment to polish the inside of the tanks -- all over the wall to
make sure there is no dead corner. And we adopted passivation and acid pickling which will make our tanks with higher accuracy. You need not worry about there will be some bacterias remained after cleaning.
Q: How long does it take to deliver a brewery?
Typically it takes about 1-3 months to manufacture a brewery. Depending on the size of the brewery, the amount of custom designed equipment, our general workload and the way of shipping,this period can be shorter or longer.
Q: How long does the equipment last?
Given the fact that most elements in a brewery are made of stainless steel, the longevity of a brewery is high. Given proper maintenance and the careful use of chemicals, a brewery can be used intensively for about 20 to 30 years. For some elements such as fillers and labelers with a lot of moving parts a shorter lifespan should be considered and more maintenance will be necessary, depending on the use.
