The equipment consist of two magnetic system and its internal magnetic system, installed horizontally on the machine frame, which are driven to rotate oppositely by motor mechanism.
The whole equipment is protected by steel housing, on the top of which is equipped with Micro-Tremor(the vibrator is used to produce vibration to lose the minerals, thus reducing the resistance when the particles are inducted to drum surface.), negative pressure dust collector, and reception trough that is connected with auto weighing quantitative feeder. the undersides of equipment is discharge mouth of concentrate minerals , passage dam-board, and cleaning system.
Working principle of high gradient dry powder magnetic separator
From the discharging port of silo undersides, the mineral material firstly is conveyed by automatic weighing quantitative feeder, and fed into reception trough quantitatively in a continuous way. under the effect of micro tremor(vibrator), the minerals ,in loose, uniform and suspension state, fall into the working chamber.(between integrated magnetic system, the chamber cavity can be adjusted.),and is swept tangentially in motion by magnetic flux(magnetic comb) ,the impurities (Fe2O3,Ferric Oxide) is separated, selectively caught and absorbed onto the drum surface, by separation medium rod. along with the rotation , the Ferric Oxide is carried away from working area.
at the non-magnetic area, separation medium rod lose its magnetic force instantly. by the work of cleaning device, the impurity fall into hopper, thus achieving continuous iron separating and removal.
