3. PVC pipe extrusion mold and calibration sleeve (we have one cavity, two cavity, 4 cavity mold and multi-layers co-extrusion mold, for calibration sleeve, we have copper and stainless steel material, depend on customer's need)

4. Vacuum calibration and water cooling tank(With automatic water inlet and drainage system)

5. Haul off machine (we have servo motor control system for high speed pipe line)

6. PVC pipe cutting machine(We have saw cutter, planetary cutter and no-dust cutter, according to customer)

7. Stacker (we can design the length accoding to customer)

Final product is high quality one layer or multi-layers UPVC or CPVC pipe, if cutomer need chamfer, we also can make it, if customer need different color pipe and surface shinine, we can give good formula. if customer need color line, we can add a color line co-extruder. for A+B+A pipe, customer can put 90% recycled PVC material in the middle layer.
