head to the user to make their own. The flip frame is suitable for dismantling, testing, cleaning and maintenance of large-sized
truck horizontal engines. The equipment for the mechanical transmission, electric operation, with easy operation, flexible
rotation, low noise, no pollution and other characteristics, is the ideal vehicle maintenance industry equipment.
The equipment is mainly composed of main box, engine fixing plate, equipment chassis and so on.
TWO、Equipment operation method:
1, in the large, repair or repair, the need for the engine assembly disassembly or assembly. The engine flip was set up to
complete the job. It consists of the bracket and the turning head, the engine cylinder radiator side of the coupling screw hole,
with the bolt to the engine and the flip head connection, can be rotated 360 degrees, thus completing the engine assembly
disassembly and assembly tasks.
2, the engine was lifted to the flip frame fixed plate, the fixed plate rotation to the position with the engine mounting screw
hole consistent position, and then use the bolt to connect the engine and the fixed plate together. If the installed engine
installation size does not match the installation disk, the user should install the installation disk according to the engine
mounting hole, and then fix it with the equipment installation plate.
3, turn the handwheel to turn the engine to the required working angle, and then the engine can be disassembly and maintenance
industry.
The engine and the mounting plate must be reliably connected to remove the hoisting rope or forklift bracket. Before the engine
and the fixing plate are disengaged, they must be lifted with a lifting rope or held by a forklift.
The device should be placed on flat ground and fixed with expansion bolts. When the equipment for the engine disassembly,
maintenance operations, should check the equipment chassis must be reliable touchdown.
4,Worm gear box transmission parts and adjust the screw should be regularly filling the right amount of lubricating oil.
