KM Full Automatic Soft Drink Filling Machine
This machine is an equipment developed by King Machine, which digests and absorbs domestic and foreign (airless 1 can filling and sealing machine 1 sealing machine 1). Can Filling.
It adopts pneumatic control and automatic lower lid without contact with the tank body, adopts equal liquid level filling technology, production capacity is frequency conversion speed regulation, and more than 95% of the appearance material is stainless steel, which ensures the beauty and hygiene requirements of the whole machine. In order to improve the vacuum in the tank, a steam jet device can be configured according to customer requirements, and a remote monitoring system can be equipped to ensure maximum technical support to customers.
Can Capping
The can sealing part is composed of electric motor, belt pulley, main shaft, locking pad, column, lifting table, left and right rollers, camshaft and cam, gearbox, gear frame, etc. The motor is driven by a three-legged belt to drive the main shaft and the lock pad to rotate, and the easy-pull can is rotated. The lock pad also serves the purpose of pressing the lid and sealing the easy-pull can. The pressing force is moderate.
