Place the machine on a table where you can sit down.
Prepare the products that you are gonna to inspection.
Now, place the product on the workbench. It's a platform for cameras to do the imaging process and for the inspection software system to do the inspecting process.
Now the product is placed on the platform.
Press the button in front the machine, normally it's red.
If you are familiar with the operation, you can do it quick to change next product.
After pressing the button, the software system will receive a signal and launch the inspection section.
You can check clearly on the LCD screen and find out where is unqualified. The red spot will show you where the problem is. The green spot will show you where the Ok part is. If all shown green spots, apparently, this one is qualified.
The machine will be shipped with a complete form packed in wooden cases. It's easy for installation after receiving.
