Instant dry yeast
Instant dry yeast , is one kind of single cell microorganism, protein content about 50%,also have high amino acid content and vitamin content. Mainly used as fermentation and nutrition agent for bread and cake making.
According difference sugar content in dough, there are 2 kinds of yeast: low sugar yeast and high sugar yeast. Low sugar yeast used for making salty bread or non-sweety bread, sugar content in dough below than 7%; high sugar yeast used for making sweety bread, sugar content in dough more than 7%.

ABOUT MATERIAL
The main raw material for yeast is molasses, and molasses is a by-product of the sugar industry. The company has provided ample and practical raw materials for molasses, and its raw material advantages are outstanding.
ABOUT PRODCUTION
The first phase of the project has been completed and put into operation. It is estimated that the total capacity of the two phase project will reach 20000 tons after commissioning.
Step 1
Mix yeast with flour with ratio of 0.8%-1%
Step 2
Add water into the flour and stir it, water keep in 30℃.
Step 3
Stir the dough then put it into a vessel and keep the temperature in 30℃.

The prodcution line .
The production line adopts the industry-leading design concept and applies the SIEMENS automatic control system to achieve the maximum automation production. All the equipment and pipelines in contact with the materials are all made of food grade stainless steel, and the advanced CIP on-line cleaning technology is adopted to ensure clean and pollution-free production in the product production; the automatic vacuum packing machine is used to control the foreign pollution as much as possible.
