Product Process&Quality Inspection
1. Raw Material Warehouse
Our raw materials include: PET、aluminum foil、OPP、PE、CPP、AL、VMPET and so on. We will select suitable raw materials according to
customer requirements for products.
2. Print Copperplate Molds
The copper plate is to print the design required by the customer on it, which is suitable for mass production. The copper plate can be stored for one and a half years under artificial maintenance.
3. Printing
Copperplate printing is to make the artwork into a copper printing plate, which is easy to print on the product. Its advantage is that the color is saturated and the background color is flat.
4. Laminating
Laminating refers to combining the inner layer, outer layer and inter layer needed to make the bag through Laminating.
5. Dry Room
The finished laminate is placed in a constant temperature and humiditytest room for 24 hours to make the inner and outer layers and the inter layer adhere more firmly.
6.Bag Making
Bag-making is to machine the materials that have completed the above steps into the bags required by the customer.
7.Quality Control
Quality inspection is to inspect the material, workmanship, printing and appearance of the finished bag.
8. Packing
Packing is to pack the quality-tested products in cardboard boxes and wait for transportation.
9. Shipping
The transportation will transport the products to the destinationaccording to suitable method.

Quality inspection includes: IQC、IPQC、OQC and FQC .
IQC (Incoming Quality Control) refers to incoming material inspection. It is the quality inspection of all production materials and auxiliary materials used by the enterprise.
IPQC (IN PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL) is process quality control. In the production process, it mainly supervises whether the production is performed in accordance with the documents, whether the product placement is properly marked, whether the equipment is calibrated, whether it has been maintained, etc.
OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) is the outgoing quality inspection, which is the full inspection of the finished product at the end of the production process. Requiring that Quality control person is familiar with the product and understand the inspection standards (including appearance, function, packaging, etc.). Any defective products encountered during the inspection process will be reported to the relevant person in charge for measures in time.
FQC (Final Quality Control) refers to the inspection performed before the product is shipped to ensure that the shipped product meets the customer's quality requirements.

RE: Yes, we are printing and packing bags manufacturer and we have our own factory which is located in Shenzhen city, Guangdong province since 2008.

RE: If your information is enough, we will quote for you in 30mins-1 hour on working time, and will quote in 12 hours on off-work time. Full price is based on bag type, size, material, thickness, printing colors, quantity. Welcome your inquiry.

RE:Of course. We can offer your free samples we have made before for your check, as long as shipping cost paid. If you need printed samples as your artwork, make sample cost is $200 plate fee(only one time charge), delivery time in 8-11 days.

RE: Yes. the inspection will be carried out for each production step by QC team.
6.What about the lead time for mass production?
RE: Actually, it depend on the order quality and season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 10-15 days.
