A: Sure, our main business is to make custom printing products for our customers. If you have designs, just provide the AI format file, and we can make the printing model for you.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 work days if you order the stock goods. It is 25-35 work days if you want to customize the products.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but buyer pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment. If you have another question, please feel free to contact us.
