Q1: How to choose a right inverter?
A1:According to the power and the type of your equipment, the pure sine wave inverter will be usd in all type equipment, but the modified sine wave will be only used in resistive equipment. if you have motor, battery charger, etc , you 'd better choose pure sine wave inverter.
Q2: What's the different between inverter and solar inverter?
A2: The normal inverter only accept battery or other DC power(except solar), for exmaple switch power source. But solar inverter not only accept the power as above but also can accept PV input. There is a solar charge contoller inside. And there is a pair of pole which connect with solar PV. The normal inverter has no one.
Q3: How many sorts of inverter are there?
A3: There are three sorts inverter according to the output waveform: Square wave, Modified sine wave, pure sine wave. The first one may not exist now due to the bad performance. The second one is very popular because of good price,but only suitable for resistive load generally. The last one has more good performance and wide apllication field, but it can be used in all load, including inductive and capacitive load.
