The glass reactor can be designed to be double walled reactor or three layer reactor. The reaction solution can be put into the inner layer to do stirring , inter-layer can be connected with different coolant or heat sources( refrigerants, steam or hot oil ), low temperature reaction (ethanol), normal temperature ( water or hot steam), high temperature reaction(silicon oil). Under the setting of constant temperature, in sealed glass reactor, stirring reaction can be carried out at atmospheric pressure or negative pressure conditions according to the working , and also can carry out back flow and distillation of the reaction solution . This machine is an ideal production equipment for the modern fine chemical , pharmaceutical and biological synthesis of new materials.
