They provide a stunning alternative to your vehicle's unsightly stock stamped steel hinges and springs. These hinges are enhanced by the included nitrogen-filled gas struts and sealed bearings. X-AVION's billet replacements give your hood outstanding stability and flawless operation that is simply not possible with 40 or 50 year old stock hinges.
