SR20-3 full-hydraulic single-drum vibratory road roller incorporates double traveling drive system and high-span centrifugal force, in which the vibratory drum of uniform amplitude design features higher compacting efficiency. This product is equipped with high power engine and anti-skid hydraulic drive system to better adapt to the engineering operations in highlands and western desert zones. It’s applicable for compacting the base and sub-base layers of various materials, fill mixtures, and non-clayed materials and is an ideal compacting machine for high-grade roads.
Technical Features
Shangchai SC8D190 series turbocharged diesel engine features high power reserve, low fuel consumption, and low noise and is one mainstream installed engine in China’s construction machinery industry.
Shantui’s patented new vibratory drum features more excellent structure and stability performances. The super-high lubricating oil capacity guarantees the good lubrication and cooling for the vibratory.
The vibratory pumps and vibratory motors adopt international renowned brand products. The reliability and compacting performance of the vibration system are guaranteed by scientific and reasonable configuration of static linear load and centrifugal force, with double-frequency and double-amplitude function.
The single gearshift joystick can effectively improve the working efficiency of the operator and relieve the fatigue.
The imported comfortable and firm seat adjustable in longitudinal direction is equipped with the left and right foldable armrests and the retractable seat belt.
The cab is equipped with air conditioning system and the rubber damper design to isolate the operator from the vibration source to remarkably relieve the working strength.
The double traveling drive system provides power to both front drum and rear axle, with three speeds at your choice, of which the low speed is suitable for the vibratory compacting and climbing and the high speed can enable the rapid transfer and large-range movement of the machine.
Standard double-frequency and double-amplitude function expands the application scope of the equipment.
The high span between high and low centrifugal forces helps the establishment of compacting schemes for different density specifications.
The design of the drum vibration parameters conforms to the requirements of working site and the padfoot drum can be as bled to expand the application scope.
Large angle openable hood, optional 8-point central pressure measuring system, maintenance-free battery, real-time monitoring of pressures and temperatures, and reasonable arrangement of diesel and working oil tanks enable Shantui roller to realize excellent maintenance performance, shorten the shutdown time, and improve the utilization rate of whole machine.
