Yes,we have professional QC team.In order to help you acknowledge more information about your order, we will take photos or videos for you when we prepare materials to products production, package, inspection goods and loading.

Generally,we pack our goods in bundles or wood pallet. We can also do package according to customer's request.
3.Do you provide samples for free?
We can provide samples for free, but you need to pay for shipping.
4.What is the shipping port?
We usually ship the goods at Qingdao Port.
5.How about your delivery time?
Within 15 days after receiving deposit or original L/C at sight
6.What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is usually 1x20GP container.
7.What is your payment terms?
We accept 30% T/T in advance,70% in the period of shipment. Or L/C at sight.
8.Do you have after-sales service?
Of course,we will write in the contract: within 30 days after receiving goods, we will responsible for the quality and quantity, if there come any problems, we will insist you and find a good way to solve it.
