It’s one kind of diamond tools and mainly applicable to all types of refractory surface’s grinding processing. There are different types of diamond cup wheel and specifications to meet different application needs, generally used to polish concrete, stone, as well as paints, glues, epoxies and other surface coatings.

Diamond segments have different carcass, different particle size and different diamond concentrations; carcass can be divided into hard, medium, soft and so on; particle size divided into coarse, medium and fine and so on; so their quality and use are different.

We can choose diamond cup wheel according to their proper use. For example, when we polish hard ground, we should choose soft carcass wheel; if it is relatively soft ground, we can choose relatively hard carcass.

For different ground roughness polishing, we should also choose more appropriate particle size. Usually for coarse grinding, we should choose a softer carcass and a high-quality diamond cup wheel, choose a large particle size. Such as 16 #, 20 # or 30/40 # to polish, choosing such right cup wheel can increase the working efficiency.

For accurate grinding, also call polishing, we can choose the hard carcass and fine particles diamond cup wheel, such as 80 # -120 #, also according to the needs of polish, choose other finer granularity.

a) We should select different uses of diamond cup wheel according to grinding material. Usage and grinding material discrepancies, prone to chipping, broken teeth and other damaging cup wheel’s phenomena. The operator must wear safety helmets, safety glasses and safety shoes, the device should have shields and other safety devices.

b) On site operation, strictly prohibit other non-operating personnel come in.

c) We should carefully check before starting the device status, tighten and clamping flange, confirm to boot without exception. The grinding material is strictly prohibited mixed with other substances. Non-machine operating with super rotation speed, transporting feed too fast, and so on.

d) Device stage forbid putting wrenches, bolts, nuts, and other items, to prevent bring into the grinding, then cause chipping, broken teeth, damaged, scattering debris and other major injuries.

e) Keep teeth sharp and clean, do not beat and impact.
