Product Description

1. Description

1800L 18HL Red copper electric heating 3-vessel beer equipment is often used in small breweries or bars. The system consists of three brewhouse vessels---Mash Tun, Lauter Tun and Kettle/Whirlpool Tun.

The kettle and whirlpool process are worked in one tank,this configuration can save brewery cost and floor space. This system usually brews one batch per day. If the second batch is required,it will need at least 14 hours more.

This system can cope with a temporary increase in production but not suitable for planned multi-batch brewing. According to different fermentation time, usually 6 sets of 3500L fermenters or 12 sets of 1800L fermenters can be configured. 4 sets of 3500L fermenters and 4 sets of 1800L fermenters can also be configured to meet the needs of various beer types. This brewery system also needs to be equipped with a complete automatic or manual control system, malt milling system, CIP system,glycol cooling system, electric heating system, air system, etc.
