The paint over the wire is composed of polyesterimide which is modified by - THEIC.lt has very good electrical properties and
mechanical stength as well as superior resistance to heat shock and softening breakdown.Thewire should not be brokendown within
two mins when under a test of softening breskdown at a temperature of 300^3.It is nicely resistant to winding and many chemical
reagents.The wire is suitable for various types of electrical motors,machines, meters and oil-filled transformer which have
windings in them.Temperature for continuous duty is 180'C.The properties of the wire are in accordance with standard GB/T
6109.5-2008,IEC 60317-8:1997,IDT
mechanical stength as well as superior resistance to heat shock and softening breakdown.Thewire should not be brokendown within

about 10% in comparison with common enamelled wires.The temperature of its soften breskdown point reaches 300℃ Through a
temperature of 170 ± 5℃ within 10 mins.diameter 0.40mm of this type of wire can have a cohesional strength not less than 2N.At
room temperature, the breakdown voltage will be above 6500 volts.After being stretched by 5% longer,there should be no pin
holes.This wire is specially suitable for continuous duty is 180℃, The properties of wire are in accordance with standard GB/T
6109.18-2008,IEC 60317-37:2000，IDT.
