For new production, it will take about 35-45 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the production season and the quantity of your order. |

Firstly, you should offer the problem wheels information to us, which including the pictures/video of cartons or wheels, quantity of the broken wheels and model number. Secondly, we will send you new wheels in your next order or compensation for the broken wheels. |
