Operation Instruction
1.This nonstick cookware series is general for induction oven and open fire gas oven featuring evenly heat distribution,therefore medium and small mode can meet the cooking requirements during application.
2.Soft cooking spatula of silicone or heat resistant nylon material is recommended, sharp spoon or metal item which will destroy the surface coating is not advisable.
3.Oil must be poured onto the cookware for cooking procedure. Boiling dry action is prohibited which will cause damage to nonstick coatings.
4.No touching to the parts of cookware with high temperature during cooking or still in incomplete chilling status to avoid scald, special attention should be paid to keep out of touch of children.
5.This item is no applicable to oven and microwave oven.
6.Applicable temperature range：oil temperature shall not rise over 200˚C.
7.No stirring of rigid dishes such as chicken bones and clams which is advised to employ stainless or iron material pot.
8.Don’t store acidic or alkaline food for long term to prevent damage to cookware.
9.Medium and small mode is advisable to heat milk by use of sauce pot with decent duration, if too longer the nutrition composition shall evaporate which shall easily lead to deposition. Mixing with soup spoon should be accompanied the heating process which will refrain from a burned pot.
10.No matter what cookware you choose, second maintenance is recommended after sometimes’ usage in the way like the first application process which shall form a protective film on the surface for better protection to the cookware.
