WC67Y Serials Hydraulic Press Brake/Bending Machine
1. The whole machine is in sheet plate welded structure,which internal stress eliminated by vibration aging technology , high strength and good rigidity of machine.
2. The sliding block is connected with the frame through a sliding guide rail. The piston rod of the oil cylinder fixed on the frame is also connected with the slider .
3. The slider is connected with the synchronous shaft to ensure the synchronous operation of the slider.
4. Semi-automatic Machine-hydraulic synchronization.The correction force can be set by the overflow valve and read by the pressure gauge.Double hydraulic oil cylinder is applied for upper transmission,provided with mechanical limit stopper and synchronous torsion bar,typical of stable and reliable operation,as well as high precision.
5. Electrical control and manual fine-tuning mode are adopted for distance of rear stopper and stroke of gliding block,and fitted with digital display device,easy and quick in use.
6. The updie is spliced by multi-segment short molds, and easy disassembly and assembly. The up die has a wedge fine-tuning structure to promote the working accuracy of the workpiece in the full length range.
7. Safe fence and the electric inter locker have been designed for the machine to ensure the operation safety.
