Why must use analog ultrasonic generator for face mask ultrasonic welding machine?
Reasons as follow:
1. The analog ultrasonic generator supports 24-hour operation and the power will not be reduced, while the digital one cannot support 24-hour operation and the power is easy to be reduced and the frequency will be reduced which will lead to some face mask can't weld tight.
2. Analog ultrasonic generator has been used for decades and analog ultrasonic generator's performance can't be taken the place by digital generator.
However,as analog ultrasonic generator cost is very high and production capacity is low, just only can produce 50-100sets of analog ultrasonic generator every day. 
 the digital ultrasonic generator is widely used is because the virus outbreak & the production capacity can reach 100-500 Sets/day which can satisfy with customers quantity requirements for the moment.
Digital ultrasonic generator appear is not because of its performance better than analog, but because of  digital ultrasonic generator's production capacity can make up the analog's prodution capacity not enough.
3. The analog ultrasonic generator operation is more simple, there is no need to debug it again after debugging it well in the first time.but the digital ultrasonic generator often need to be manually fine-debugged for its own shortage. 
4.The production speed of the face mask is determined by the generator and the transducer. Obviously, the production speed of the face mask made by analog generator will be faster than the digital one as analog generator can provide more power and better stability.
