The FPS-D series is double stage extrusion blow moulding machine for containers from 5ml up to 10L, their high level of reliability, excellent efficiency and flexibility to meet varied customer requirements. The machines process a variety of materials, including HDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC, TPU, PETG and other materials. Compare to the S series machine, The D type of machine has faster production rate in an hour. FPS-D machines cover the complete production scope starting from the smallest ampoule or tube to beverage packaging, cosmetic containers, large mouth containers and multiple layers with view stripe line containers.

1. How to pay to you?
(1) 30% of total amount paid by TT as advance, then the seller start production
(2) after the machine is finished ,buyer come to test the machine in seller's factory , and then pay the

70% balance by TT or irrevocable L/C at sight, seller ship the machine.

2. How long is the delivery time?
For standard machines, it would be 30-40 working days; For non-standard

machines and customized machines according to client s specific requirements, it would be 45-60

working days.

3. Do you arrange shipment for the machines?
Yes,for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you.

4. How about the documents after shipment?
After shipment, we'll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial

Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.

5. How about the quality of your products?

1, Trainning for free

The Buyer could dispatch their operators to the Seller’s factory for training, including machine operation, maintenance & simple repairs Or against the requests of the Buyer, the Seller’s technician could train the Buyer’s operators in the Buyer’s factory in the periods of installing & adjusting;

2,Installation & Adjustment

The Seller could dispatch an engineer against the requests of the Buyer to install and adjust the machines for one week in the Buyer’s factory.

The Buyer should make a reservation in advance before delivery of the machines;

The Buyer should pay for the engineer’s visa application cost, round air tickets, food & board before his departure;

3, Guarantee

The guarantee time is one year after the machines normally works in the Buyer’s factory, if only the problem is cause due to quality control or any reason by the Seller. We will supply replaced parts free of charge and our engineers will guide you how to solve the problems. Any problem caused due to irregular operation or incorrect maintenance by the Buyer won’t be listed in guarantee coverage.
