15 bbl brewing system is suitable for those for plan to produce beer of around 30 bbl--180 bbl per week. The brewhouse structure can be 2-vesselm, 3-vessel, 4 -vessel model, and heated by steam, direct fire or electric. The fermentation tanks can be 15 bbl or 30 bbl and with different quantities for different brewing intention. The Auxiliary machine include: miller, glycol cooling system, control panel, CIP.

1. 2 vessel brewhouse: Combined Mash/lauter tank, Combiend kettle/whirlpool tank with steam heating. It is suitable for brewing 2 atches per day, infusion mashing and has certian expanding capacity in future. The brewhouse also comes with hot liquor tank and cold liquor tank for supplying hot water and cooling wort.
