Angular Contact Ball Bearing Introduction |
Angular contact ball bearings are particularly suitable for carrying combined (axial and radial) loads. Sometimes, they also can carry pure axial load and operate in higher speed. Under radial load, axial component force will be produced which must be counteracted. So the bearings are normally adjust against a second bearing.
Since these bearing have a contact angle, they can sustain significant axial loads in one direction together with radial loads. Because of their design, when a radial load is applied, an axial force component is produced; therefore, two opposed bearings or a combination of more than two must be used.

ONE- | 1, when the bearing is run to a certain period of time (or Paul maintenance support period), bearing all removed; |
TOW- | with a clean diesel or kerosene soaked with cleaning bearings, if technical conditions are preferably sealed cover cleaning; |
THREE- | air dry after cleaning cleaning oil, a visual inspection for damage; |
FOUR- | with about a 150mm, angular contact ball bearing diameter equal to the inner diameter of the stick (preferably a hollow tube), one end fixed a bearing; |
FIVE- | The rapid rotation of the bearing by hand while the stick (woodwind) and the other end on top of the microphone or audio amplifier debate on the ear to listen to the bearing rotation noise; |
SIX- | after the fixed bearing lateral toggle stick, check the bearing wear loose; |

Cooling before removing bearing grease, grease residue less. After cooling remove grease angular contact ball bearings, the residual quantity of grease. Determine how much grease residues required. |
NINE- | wipe with a soft cloth or toilet paper bearing the bearing grease out undisturbed fitted to the pulley safety, maintenance work is completed. |
