A2:We can do both flash plating and micron plating. The plating thickness depends on customer`s requirement.
Q3:Is there any toxic metals or chemicals in your jewelry?
A3:All jewelry supplied by Mercery is hypoallergenic, and free from nickel, lead and cadmium. Testing services to comply with your country`s legal regulation is available upon request, with an additional charge. However, historical test reports can be provided free of charge.
Q4:Do you provide professional photogaphy on the jewelry ordered?
A4:Yes. Our own public product photos can be provided free of charge. If you have other specific requirements, additional free will be charged for the photography.
Q5:Are all products that you offer produced by your own production facility? Do you have your own factory?
A5:Yes, we have our own factory, all products are made by ourselves and you will save your money since there is no third party.
Q6:What certifications do you have?
A6:We have BSCI Summary Audit Report, SGS and CA Prop 65, Global Security Verification Report, Kimberley Process Certificate.
