A:We usually serve the whole pack to ensure the consistency of the battery, therefore the answer is no. |

Q:How do you ship the battery? |
A:We usually delivered via DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT for sample orders. More than 10 packs we shipped by sea. We also offer DDP terms. (which we can delivery to your address, including all import taxes and duties for USA and Europe clients.) Please contact us for more detail. |
Q:How long does it take to deliver products? |
A:Due to the nature of the hybrid battery, we usually do not have much in stock. Our general production time is 7-10 days. Plus 7-10 days by air or 25-30 days by sea, it will eventually take 20 to 50 days for the delivery. |
