1. What kind of tire mold can you design and produce?
Two-piece molds and segmented mold.Especially for Agricultural tire mold, OTR tire mold, giant OTR tire mold, Bladder mold, Tube mold, Flap mold, ATV tire mold, PCR tire mold,etc.
2. What's the fabrication time for the mold？
Normally, for segmented tire mold and other small tire molds, the fabrication time is 45-60 days. About big farm tire mold and giant OTR tire mold, the fabrication time is approx 70-90 days.
3. What kind of software do you use for drawing design?
AutoCAD, Solidworks, UG, Pro-E
4. If we have only 3D tire drawing, can you design 2D drawing and fabricate the mold for us?
Yes. We can design 2D drawing according to your 3D drawings.
5. I have only tire picture, I want to make mold with my brand to do OEM tire, is it possible?
Tire picture is not enough to design the mold drawing, you should provide the mold assembly drawing which can be provided by your OEM tire factory. Thus we can know the installation dimension of your mold on the curing press.
6. How can you guarantee the quality of your tire mold?
We control each fabrication procedure and guarantee every dimension is fabricated correctly.
Meanwhile, all of the molds will be double inspected according to the drawings to guarantee every part is same as drawing. Then we send inspection report and photos for customers' checking before shipment. All of our molds will be guaranteed at least one year.
7. How will you pack the molds?
We adopt stronge ply-wooden cases to deliver the molds.
Some big molds which have more than 2m diameters which can not be loaded into container after ply-wooden packed, we will adopt pallet with plastic film to pack them.
