JIT-610 Series Hand Extruder adopts two independent heating systems for better welding performance and high speed. Features: light weight, convenient operation, big extrusion volume and high welding efficiency. It can be used for narrow gap welding and corners welding where are hard to reach.

Tips

a. Preheating 3-5 mins and make previous welding flux soften, then using tools to pick out the softened flux before start work.

b. This Hand Extruder is welded with PE/PP/HDPE welding rod Φ3.0-4.5mm, the welding speed is 1.8-3.6Kg/h.
