 Usage :

Electric roller kiln is mainly used to produce ceramic tiles and other ceramic building materials.  It is made of ceramic tubes as a roller kiln car rotating ceramic brick or brick material in the kiln chamber.  Electric roller kilns are used for mobile LCD and ceramics with rotating ceramic tubes with high temperature (high alumina), or SiC calcination temperature and AR driven by separate controllers.  The product is conveyed on a rotating roll through preheating, calcining and cooling zones and placed on the roll according to shape and size.  The product is heated evenly from top to bottom.
