Digital Display And Button:
LED screen:
Shows Charging Voltage,Charging Current,Charging Stage.
Button:
Short press”STATUS SELECTION” button to see the charging voltage,charging current and charging stage you want to know in turn.
Long press “MODE SELECTION” button for 5 seconds to adjust the charger into different working mode as a switching power supply or charging for GEL/AGM/WET battery.
PS:You can also use it to charge for Lithium battery by factory set.
7 stage:
| C1 | Desulphation | When battery voltage is lower than 11V,pulse charges the battery in a small current,this process lasts for 30min. |
| C2 | Soft start | When battery voltage is lower than 12.6V,charges the battery in half rated charging current of the charger. |
| C3 | Bulk charge | Charges the battery in full charging current of the charger,till the battery is 80% charged. |
| C4 | Absorption | Charges the battery in a constant voltage and small current,till the battery is 100% charged. |
| C5 | Battery test | Tests the battery’s normality.When entering into this stage,the voltage of the battery drops sharply.If the battery is functioning properly,the voltage now will be higher than 13V,then charger will enter into C7 90s later;If the voltage is less than 13V,the charger will enter into C6. |
| C6 | Recondition | Charges the battery in a high voltage(15.6-16V) and small current to recondition. |
| C7 | Float | The battery is fully charged now,remove the battery from the charger or leave it to charge in a float way;In float stage,the charger charges and stops every 1 min in a current of 1-2A,battery can be charged indefinitely without being damaged. |
