Vytra Industries is a leading plastic packaging manufacturer in Malaysia with over three decades of experience in the industry and trade. 1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) on stocked items is one shipping container which may be made up of one single item or a mixture of our products.
2. What is your delivery lead time?
We provide worldwide shipping. Our delivery lead time on stocked items is 15-30 days varying on your destination. If your order is time sensitive, please check with us to ensure prompt delivery.
3. Can I acquire some samples?
Yes, we offer free samples for all of our stocked products. You may arrange for your courier partner to pick-up the samples from our main office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or we can also assist to make the arrangements for you.
4. Can I customize my own packaging design?
We recognize the need for special packaging design and different packing size hence we offer customized packaging. Send us your logo and let us know your packaging needs, we will work out the best solution for your customize packaging unique to your brand.
5. What types of payment do you accept?
At the moment, we accept Letter of Credit (LC) and Telegraphic Transfer (TT) for overseas orders. We accept Cash or Instant Transfer for all local Malaysian orders.
6. How is my order shipped?
Typically, overseas orders are shipped by land or sea. Regardless of the mode of delivery, we will provide you with all the relevant information and documentation to keep you well-informed on the status of your shipment.
