12mm thick high transparent tempered glass wall for construction with SGCC ANSZI97.1
Tempered glass is made by heating flat glass to just below its softening temperature and suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air. It results the outer skins under powerful compressive stress and the interior with severe tensile stress. In consequence, the impact applied to the glass will be overcome by the compressional stress on the surfaces to assure safety of use.

1）Flat tempered glass
Thickness: 3-19 mm

3) The anti-impacting performance and anti-bending performance are 3-5 times higher than ordinary glass.
4) It breaks into granules in case of strongly knocked, so no hurt would be caused.
5) deflection angle of tempered glass is 3-4 times larger than that of float glass of the same thickness.
When there is load on tempered glass, its maximum tensile stress does not located on the glass surface as float glass, but on the central point of glass sheet.
