12HP 10.2kw Air Cooling High Efficiency Industrial Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryer
The use of a fully-enclosed compression refrigeration system reduces the temperature of the low-pressure gas and cools it, causing a large amount of saturated water vapor and oil mist contained therein to condense into droplets, which are discharged by an automatic drain after air-water separation.
The water condenser is a high-quality, low-wing copper tube with slow water flow and multiple strokes. It has high heat exchange efficiency and is not suitable for scaling in long-term use.The automatic drainer is set on demand, with the addition of water and energy saving.
The equipment structure is reasonable in design, easy to maintain and maintain; the surface is hot-sprayed, with beautiful appearance, no rust; no basic installation, stable operation and no vibration, low maintenance rate, no consumables, low operating cost, no need for special personnel to wait for continuous operation.
The cooling control element has excellent performance, with the function of throttling and pressure reduction of the thermal expansion valve, energy regulation function of the hot gas bypass valve, over current, overload, and high and low voltage protection of the refrigerant.
