2. High Thermal Insulation: It has maximum used temperature 1260 C (2300 F) with high density of 160-220KG/M3 (10 – 14 lb/ft³)
3. Compressive Strength: Vacuum cast ceramic fiber refractory insulation board has a strength at 25% deformation – 78 PSI.
Permanent linear shrinkage 3.5% max at 1100C(2200F) when exposed to 24 hrs
4. Good Machinability: Ceramic fiber Thermal Insulation module can be easily installed with bolts and anchors. Different sizes
could be tailored for specific projects.
5. Limitless Applications: Ceramic fiber insulation modules used in various types of heating equipment such as ceramic moving
kiln, fornos, industrial refractory linings work.
