3. What format design file you want for printing?
AI; PDF; and with 3mm bleeding, at least 300DPI
4. What's the trade term and payement term?
100% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, L/C, Paypal & Cash and Western Union, or others Can be negociated.
5. What about the sample lead time?
It depends on the products. Normally 1 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance. Shipping is about 4-7 work days.
6. What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 4 to 8 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 35 workdays by sea.
