Machine Features
1. Cable supply can be by the pay-off machine or direct connected to the extrusion machine.
2. Coil winding production is about 4 times of the manual coiling (200M Long Coil as an example.)
3. After the coil winding can continuously connect to the automatic plastic film winding machine for the packaging and labeling .
4. Such automatic coil winding with plastic film winding production type is about 7 times of the manual production .
5. This machine adopts Mitsubishi servo motor flat cable line-up systems, good coil winding appearance.
6. Human-machine interface with touch-screen operation surface, the operator friendly simple .
7. Microcomputer memory can store 99 different coil size, when you need to change product specifications, without further data input, just read the saved specifications data, production can start immediately.
8. This machine has an automatic error detection function, when there are problems the machine will issue a alarm warn to notify operator.
Performance Specifications:
1. Power: AC 380V, three phase, 50Hz (China), or specified by the customer.
2. Operating direction: the right hand machine direction (wire inlet from the left hand direction), or specified by the customer.
3. Suitable cable types: ψ1-ψ6mm automobile wires, building wires, electric control wire and cable, soft power cable.
4. Rock plate design rotating speed：780 RPM Max.。
5. Coil Size：OD: ψ500mm Max.* Height60～100mm ;Coil inner diameter is according to customer requested rock plate specification.
6. Finished wire supply type : hold-wire type.
7. Over length unit: meter scale units 0.01M, forecast and automatically slow down, reach the meter length automatically rock plate action procedure .
8. Cable traverse device: servo motor for the wire line-up, synchronized with the rock plate host
9. The whole machine electric circuit control: Mitsubishi PLC.
10. Operating panel is human machine Interface (Taiwan PVA).
11. The instrument and switch on the control panel: touch screen, speed button .Speed can be adjusted on the touch screen or by the speed control knob.
12. PLC of this machine has frequency spark connection point (Frequency Spark test is included in this machine).This connection point is for the spark detection of BV line, can be automatically spark breakdown or manually marked to continue coiling function.
13. PLC of this machine has Gauge measurement meter connecting point: (diameter measurement meter prepared by the customer)When diameter has not reached the standard, can automatically excluded waste wire or manual marked to continue the coiling function.
