A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the Photos or Videos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: For samples or small orders, we will delivery by express, like TNT, Fedex, DHL, UPS.... as per DAU or DDU.

For the bulk orders, normally by ship, as per EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAU, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: If we have stock, it will take 3-5days to delivery, normally for samples or small orders.

Generally for producing, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce as per your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the new customers have to pay the sample cost and
the courier cost. For the old clients, we have free samples for you.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q8. What is your return policy?

A: Even we very carefully check the goods before we sending, but there is still some problems happen when it delivery, so please don't worry if you get a defective products, we will send a good new one or refund. If the products no problem and you just want to return within 7days, it is ok, but you need to pay for the freight cost.
