1. Our factory has high-quality pressing, and provide production processessuch as gold stamping, spraying painting, sand blasting, electroplating, hydro printing etc..

2. Our factory has professional mold opening strength. The customers provide product samples or 3D computer graphics, we can make product molds and samples in a short-term (normally 10- 15 days).

3. The product color and process can be customized according to customer requirements. Before production, we first make samples and let the customers confirm them.

4. When customizing product, the sample making fee will be deducted from the bulk goods amount. Otherwise, if the customers have no bulk order, the sample making fees will not be refunded.

We will bear the return and replacement shipping fee for the following case:

1. The products have serious defects and can not exercise required performance.

2. The actually received products are not consistent with the description and samples, and the customers receive them without explanation in advance.

3. The special requirements made by the customers are not met, or the order information does not match the received products.

Q1:Can I get your free sample?

A:Yes, you can. We provide free sample for our customers to do test. But the freight cost is on buyer’s account.

Q2: Can we do printing or custom color?

A: Yes, you can. We could offer various personalized Customization, such as silk screen printing, custom color, Gold stamping or Silver stamping, Sand blast,Hydro printing, Electroplating, etc.

Q3: What’s the normal lead time?

A: For product in stock, we will delivery goods to you with 3-7days after we receive your payment. For product customization, it depends on products.

Q4: What’s the MOQ?

A: For product in stock, MOQ is one carton; For product out of stock, MOQ is 10000 pcs.
