(3) Production Process:
3.1. After the cold aggregate is metered and proportioned by the aggregate feeder once, it enters the drying drum through the inclined belt conveyor to dry and heat the cold aggregate; the heated tail gas enters the dust removal system;
3.2. The hot aggregate enters into the vibration screening system through the hot aggregate elevator, and the screened hot aggregate enters into each bin according to the specifications for temporary storage;
3.3. The asphalt is heated to the required temperature and temporarily stored in the asphalt tank;
3.4. The mineral powder is added manually or temporarily stored in the powder bin;
3.5. The temporary hot aggregate, asphalt and powder are metered by the metering system and then enter the agitator, and are forced to mix in the agitator to become qualified finished materials;
3.6 The finished materials are discharged to the transport vehicle through the discharging machine and transported to the construction site.
(4) Equipment Operation and Use:
4.1. All operations are centralized in a control room with air conditioning;
4.2. The button on the operation platform is used to start and stop the strong current motor; each motor adopts a separate air switch as short-circuit and overload protection; a master ammeter, voltmeter and indicator light are set to display the current and temperature operation of the equipment;
4.3. The PLC is used as the control core of weak current, and the color LCD touch screen (PT) is used as the user interface. After setting the formula parameters on the touch screen, the control system runs in the selected manual, semi-automatic and full-automatic modes;
4.4 Equipment Use:
4.4.1: heat the asphalt to the required temperature and store it in the tank;
4.4.2: sufficient mineral powder storage;
4.4.3: start all motors; ignite the main burner; after successful ignition, start feeding with cold aggregate batching machine (adjust the speed of four silos according to proportion) and send it to drying drum for heating; the heated hot aggregate is lifted to vibrating screen for grading storage by hoist;
4.4.4: start the weak current automatic control system, measure and mix the hot aggregate, powder and asphalt according to the proportion; the single pot cycle is 45s, and the total amount of single pot mixing is 700kg;
4.4.5: after mixing, the finished materials are loaded onto the vehicle and sent to the road for paving.
(5) Equipment Maintenance and Lubrication:
The equipment should be lubricated, repaired and maintained regularly to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment under the best condition.
(6) Installation and Debugging of Equipment:
1: After you pay 30% deposit, we will provide the equipment foundation drawing within 15 working days. We need you to make your equipment foundation according to the foundation drawing provided by us.
2: According to the installed power of the equipment configuration, you can configure the transformer and cable with sufficient capacity (from the transformer to the control room);
3: You prepare the crane, cutting and welding tools, common tools, installation ladder, long rope, safety helmet and safety belt for equipment installation;
4: You should prepare 6-8 experienced workers and give them a simple training to familiarize them with safety knowledge and electromechanical knowledge.
5: You will prepare 1-2 equipment operation and maintenance personnel. After the equipment arrives at the site, during the installation process, we will send a technician to train your equipment operation and maintenance personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
6: Equipment installation time: about 20 days; equipment debugging time: about 7 days, the total installation and debugging time is 30 days; you pay us a technician's salary: USD120 / day;
