Choice between single-sided and double-sided plastic pallets
Whether to choose single-sided plastic pallets or double-sided plastic pallets depends on the equipment and status of storage and handling (for example, warehouse type or shelf type, stacking or placing statuses).
1.For automatic 3D warehouses or high shelves with smaller footprints, where stackers or electric forklifts are mainly used to operate vertical handling, both double-sided heavy pallets and single-sided standard pallets can be used.
2.In the conditions of larger footprints and mainly horizontal transportation, if manual hydraulic trucks are used for handling, it is advisable to use single-sided pallet; if electric forklifts are used for handling, both single-sided pallets and double-sided pallets are suitable; for the stacking of goods, namely, to superpose the bottom of a pallet on the top of the cargo below it, use double-sided pallets or crisscross-shaped single-sided pallets; if self-propelled motorized pallet trucks are used for handling, use nine-foot single-sided pallets without connection bars at the bottom.
